Service Description

Build a home practice- in this workshop I will give you the tools and template to take home to help assist you in your own home practice. I will highlight the postures and the order in which you might do them in a practice. I will provide a bank of postures for you to choose from so that you can build variety into your practice. This workshop is for in person participants.
