This beautiful retreat includes, yoga, breathwork, *optional cold plunge, all your food, shared accommodation, hike, rest, relaxation. Gillian is truly amazing at teaching and facilitating the breath. Getting out of your comfort zone and testing the cold waters is optional but absolutely EMPOWERING!
